1. About DICE

DICE (Digital Identification & Certification Ecosystem) is a business platform that helps companies identify products, interpret labels and declarations, assess ingredient information, evaluate associated benefits and potential risks, and manage certification, conformity, and market-access workflows. The platform combines product identification, AI-powered analysis, compliance monitoring, and workflow tools for businesses and professional users.

DICE may include AI-driven product evaluation, product labeling review, ingredient and composition interpretation, regulatory guidance, and operational tools for certification and compliance workflows. While the platform is built to assist with product understanding and regulatory assessment, users remain responsible for the final decisions they make based on the platform’s outputs.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DICE platform, website, mobile app, or API, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, the website, or by email where applicable.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

To use DICE, you must be at least 18 years of age or have authority to act on behalf of a business or organization using the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, login credentials, and any API keys issued to you.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account.
• Use your account and API credentials only for the purpose for which they are issued.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account or API credentials have been compromised.
• Ensure that your use of the service complies with applicable law, regulations, and third-party terms.

4. Our Services

DICE provides software and platform services for product identification, regulatory product screening, document intake, compliance workflows, certification management, and AI-assisted analysis. Services may include:

• ingredient and composition review;
• regulatory and certification workflow support;
• document storage and record management;
• notifications, workflow status tracking, and reporting;
• AI-based suggestions, analysis, and productivity assistance.

DICE is an operational tool, not a legal advisor, regulator, or certification authority. We do not guarantee the outcome of any certification, approval, or regulatory review. The final obligation to comply with applicable law rests with the user or the user’s organization.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DICE to engage in unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or disruptive conduct. You must not upload, submit, process, or request analysis of content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or these Terms.

• Do not submit sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for the requested workflow.
• Do not attempt to exploit, attack, disrupt, or overload the service or related infrastructure.
• Do not use the platform to misrepresent product composition, compliance status, or certification outcomes.
• Do not use the service for any activity that could harm the security, reliability, or integrity of DICE or other users.

We reserve the right to block, restrict, or remove any content or account activity that we believe violates these Terms, may expose us to legal risk, or may compromise platform security or quality.

6. Fees, Billing, and Payments

Certain features, premium workflows, or API access may require a paid subscription, usage plan, or one-time fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with the service you choose. Billing may be processed by a third-party payment provider, such as Razorpay, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees are typically billed in advance or according to the plan selected. We may change our pricing, plan structure, or billing terms from time to time, with reasonable notice where required. If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to the affected service until the account is brought current.

7. Intellectual Property

DICE, its branding, software, platform design, documentation, workflows, and any associated content remain the exclusive property of Sanyog or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the permitted purpose described in these Terms.

You retain ownership of data, documents, and information that you upload or provide to the service, subject to the rights granted to us to operate, process, store, and secure that data as necessary to provide the service.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or otherwise misuse DICE’s platform, software, content, or branding without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect confidential information disclosed by the other party using reasonable safeguards and will use that information only for the purposes of performing or using the service. This includes confidential business, technical, and commercial information, as well as access credentials and API-related information.

You remain responsible for protecting your own confidential data and for ensuring that any third-party integrations or API consumers also maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

9. Disclaimers

DICE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from cyber threats, inaccuracies, or service interruptions. We do not promise that AI outputs, recommendations, product identifications, or compliance guidance are always complete, accurate, or final.

Outputs generated by AI or other tools are intended to support decision-making and workflow efficiency, but they are not a substitute for professional judgment, regulatory advice, legal counsel, or official certification decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sanyog shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including loss of business, loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm, arising out of or relating to the use of DICE or these Terms.

Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by you to DICE for the specific service giving rise to the claim, if any, or a nominal amount if no fees were paid.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sanyog, its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of DICE, your submission of content, your API usage, or any breach of these Terms by you or any person using your account or credentials.

This includes claims arising from unlawful use, data misuse, inaccuracies in information you submit, unauthorized API access, or improper reliance on any output generated by the platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to DICE at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abuse or misuse, failed to pay fees, or created a security or operational risk.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ends, and we may deactivate your account and API credentials, subject to legal obligations to retain certain records and data as required by law or contractual requirements.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide reasonable notice through the service, the website, or via email where appropriate. Your continued use of DICE after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
